Young people could have the endless opportunity because of their talents and fresh ideas, but we should not underestimate the wisdom of adults. The wisdom that adults consist can be more than the fresh talents, skills and ideas of young people. Adults are better in leadership because of their acquired experience.

If anything goes wrong in your business, you can always rely on adults advices whilst young people would tend to worsen things out, because for them, everything is an experiment.

I am not saying we should not give the chance to young people, by all means you can, but it is all on your own risk. They must be trained on lower level first and let adults help them find a way towards better and mature leadership.
