Here’s another small business lesson for you guys – Find Your Role!

In business you have to make your mark. You have to give people a reason to want to keep you around. You have to make the people feel that they will be needing your services and anything that you can offer to them. You have to make them feel you exist. But be careful, if they see you existing, you should keep in mind you’re not the weakest link for them.

If you fail to do those things I mentioned above then you might as well not even be there.

When the leader is clueless a strong team can still bring success!

Well I believe anyone can not run their business alone. You can’t be the CEO, assistant, the marketer, financer all at once. If you claim you can-then good but most, if not all, ended up saying I should have composed my team to help me with my business.

In every team, there will always be a leader but a leader is not all-knowing unless he’s acting to be. Sometimes our leader is clueless on how to approach a certain problem but as long as you have a strong team with you-you’ll never get down. There’s always this popular  saying – “two heads are better than one”. It might have been an overused phrase  but this has always been true in business even how small or big it is.
